AirCUVE Inc, Privacy Policy

 

AirCUVE Inc, establishes and discloses the following Personal Information Protection Act guidelines in order to protect the personal information of information subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related complaints in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

 

Article 1 (Purpose of Privacy Policy)

 

AirCUVE Inc, processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

 

1. Provision of goods or services.

Personal information is processed for the purposes of product delivery, service provision, contract/invoice sending, content provision, identity verification, bill payment/settlement, and debt collection.

 

2. Security management regulations for company entry and workers.

We process personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of those entering our company, processing and paying fees, and notifying processing results.

 

3. Personal information collection and processing function within the product

The products and services provided by AirCUVE Inc, process the following personal information about the user in order to serve as a means of verifying the user's identity.

- “aircuve mobile” and “cube login” APP collects and processes phone number information of installed terminals.

Article 2 (Processing and retention period of personal information)

 

AirCUVE inc, processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and use period in accordance with laws and regulations or within the personal information retention and use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.

The processing and retention period for each personal information is as follows.

 

1. Provision of goods or services: Until completion of supply of goods or services and completion of fee payment/settlement. However, in the following cases, until the end of the relevant period

1) Records of transactions, such as labeling, advertising, contract details and performance, in accordance with the [Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.]

- Records on labeling and advertising: 6 months

- Records of contract or subscription cancellation, payment, supply of goods, etc.: 5 years

- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

2) Storage of communication confirmation data in accordance with Article 41 of the

 

[Communication Secrets Protection Act]

- Subscriber telecommunication date and time, start/end time, counterpart subscriber number, frequency of use, sending base station location tracking data: 1 year

- Computer communication, internet log records, access location tracking data: 3 months

3) Storage of identity verification information in accordance with Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree of the [Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.]: 6 months after information posting on the bulletin board ends

 

2. Security management regulations for company entry and workers

1) Simple entry: 6 months after the entry/exit service ends

2) Workers: In accordance with work regulations and contracts

3. Personal information collection and processing function within the product: Until the end of product use

 

Article 3 (Rights, obligations and exercise methods of information subjects and legal representatives)

The information subject can view personal information about AirCUVE inc, at any time. correction. delete. You can exercise your rights, such as requesting suspension of processing.

 

The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 may be done in writing, e-mail, facsimile (FAX), etc. to AirCUVE inc, in accordance with Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Air Cube Co., Ltd. We will take action on this without delay.

 

The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 may be done through an agent, such as the information subject's legal representative or a person authorized to do so. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in the form of Appendix 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.

 

Requests to view and suspend processing of personal information may limit the information subject's rights pursuant to Article 35, Paragraph 5 and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

 

Requests for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a subject of collection in other laws and regulations.

 

AirCUVE inc, confirms whether the person making the request, such as a request for viewing, a request for correction or deletion, or a request for suspension of processing, is the person or a legitimate agent in accordance with the information subject's rights.

 

Article 4 (Personal information items processed)

 

AirCUVE inc, processes the following personal information items.

 

1. Provision of goods or services

- Required items: Payment information such as name, date of birth, ID, password, address, phone number, email address, credit card number, bank account information, etc.

- Optional items: service history, past transaction history

 

2. Security management regulations for company entry and workers

- Required items: Payment information such as name, date of birth, ID, password, address, phone number, email address, credit card number, bank account information, etc.

- Optional items: school attended, career experience

 

3. Personal information collection and processing function within the product: Phone number

 

4. The following personal information items may be automatically created and collected during the use of Internet services.

- IP address, cookie, MAC address, service use record, visit record, bad use record, etc.

 

Article 5 (Destruction of personal information)

AirCUVE inc, destroys the personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the personal information retention period has passed or the purpose of processing has been achieved.

 

In cases where personal information must continue to be preserved pursuant to other laws and regulations despite the expiration of the personal information retention period consented to by the information subject or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information shall be transferred to a separate.

 

The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.

 

1. Destruction procedure

AirCUVE inc,selects the personal information for which reasons for destruction arise, and AirCUVE inc,destroys the personal information with the approval of the personal information protection manager.

 

2. Method of destruction

AirCUVE inc,destroys personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files so that the records cannot be reproduced, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

 

 

Article 6 (Measures to ensure the stability of personal information)

AirCUVE inc, is taking the following measures to ensure the stability of personal information.

 

1. Management measures: establishment and implementation of internal management plan, regular employee training, etc.

 

2. Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing system, installation of access control system, encryption of unique identification information, etc., installation of security program.

 

3. Physical measures: Access control to computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.

 

 

Article 7 (Matters regarding installation, operation and refusal of automatic personal information collection devices)

 

AirCUVE inc,does not use ‘cookies’ to store and frequently retrieve the information subject’s usage information.

AirCUVE inc,is responsible for the overall management of personal information processing, and has designated a personal information protection manager as follows to handle complaints and provide relief for damage from information subjects related to personal information processing.

Information subjects may inquire about all personal information protection-related inquiries, complaint handling, damage relief, etc. that arise while using the services (or business) of AirCUVE inc,to the personal information protection manager and responsible department. AirCUVE inc, will respond and process inquiries from information subjects without delay.

 

 

Article 9 (Request to view personal information)

 

The information subject may request access to personal information pursuant to Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act to the department below. AirCUVE will strive to promptly process requests for personal information viewing from information subjects.

Article 11 (Changes to personal information processing policy)
